Key Objectives:


  • Spearhead all ESG rankings, awards, and benchmarking programs, ensuring their relevance and impact.
  • Leverage insights from benchmarking to highlight industry movements, best practices, and key players.
  • Produce thought leadership and opinion pieces that resonate within the sector and beyond.
  • Engage with C-suite and senior management across the top global banks to deepen understanding and influence the industry’s direction.
  • Drive engagement and subscription revenue growth through strategic content development.



Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:


  • Profound understanding of ESG and Sustainable Finance, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with and present to the banking C-suite.
  • Experience with benchmarking products in financial services or related fields.
  • Exceptional content creation skills, with a knack for identifying and meeting audience needs.
  • Strong analytical abilities, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, ideally with experience in data journalism.
  • Excellent collaborative skills, able to work effectively across global and multidisciplinary teams.
