Project Administrator

What you will be doing:
Focusing on projects from new quote requests to commissioning and handover, using a bespoke database for data entry
Raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, coordinating with delivery dates and checking deliveries and invoices
Organising Engineer diaries and tasks and booking meetings with clients
Auditing project documentation on completion
Weekly reporting on projects and ongoing installation workWhat you need in order to succeed
Experience in a similar role is essential
The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
Experience of diary management and managing schedules
Excellent IT skills including Excel and a high level of accuracyWhat you will receive :
To £28,000 DOE

24 days holiday plus BHs
