THE CLIENT

Our client are a leading boutique who specialise within the Renewable Energies space. They are looking to add a Financial Modelling Associate to their London team. We’re looking for someone with a track record of working with others to deliver complex financial modelling transactions for clients, along with a genuine passion for renewables.


THE ROLE

As an Associate you will be:

  • Utilising your first-class modelling and analysis skills to develop financial models
  • Providing financial model support to lenders throughout the financing process as needed
  • Conducting cash flow analyses and determining appropriate debt sizing for the targeted financing
  • Assisting model auditors with the model audit process as required.
  • Maintaining and updating financial models both before and after financial close
  • Aiding in transaction execution and negotiations with counterparties, ensuring that transaction documentation and structuring align with the business case


THE CANDIDATE

Our client would like a candidate that satisfies the following criteria:

  • 4 years of experience in infrastructure finance from a financial / advisory / financial modelling perspective
  • Experience of financial modelling from a financial modelling consultancy, big 4 firm, bank or similar financial institution
  • Excellent organisational skills and capability to effectively manage multiple time-sensitive priorities while meeting timelines
  • Meticulous with details and accurate with numbers
