Role & Responsibilities:nDevelop and maintain the technology strategy for the Finance and Engagement Management domain, translating it into a roadmap to determine investment priorities and transformation portfolio.nPromote the use of modern, Cloud-based technologies and challenge the business strategy based on emerging and future technology trends.nMaintain expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and related applications, including SAP Finance, SAP Concur, SAP Professional Services, SAP Treasury Platform, and SAP Financial Compliance Management.nCollaborate with Capability Leads, technical SMEs, and project teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.nManage and maintain the application inventory for the Finance and Engagement Management domain, including categorization, lifecycle management, and consolidation efforts.nBuild and maintain the FEM technology roadmap and architecture, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and coherence with other Capabilities and technology domain roadmaps.nSupport the selection and implementation of enterprise architecture tools to accelerate and govern technology initiatives.nExperience:nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.n15 years of SAP experience.n5 years of SAP S/4 HANA architecture experience.nPrior experience in the RETAIL sector is strongly preferred.nExperience in Solution Architecture (or equivalent technology) roles.nGood knowledge of EA governance, Agile SDLC methods, and enterprise architecture modelling tools.nStrong understanding of project management concepts and common business analysis techniques.nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:nExpert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and related applications.nExcellent oral and written communication skills in English.nStrong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills.nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams.nGood understanding of technical debt and its remedial actions.nEmployment Details:nCompensation: Competitive pay.nStart date: Immediately.nLocation: Remote (with 25% travel to UAE).nJob type: Contract or Full-time.

Role & Responsibilities:nLead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, scope, and timelines.nCollaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.nManage project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.nIdentify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.nConduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.nFacilitate workshops and training sessions to drive user adoption and ensure project success.nEnsure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.nExperience:nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.nMinimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management roles.nProven track record of successfully managing SAP implementation projects from initiation to closure.nStrong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:nDeep knowledge of SAP modules, solutions, and best practices.nProficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or SAP Solution Manager.nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.nAttention to detail and strong organizational skills.nAdaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.nEmployment Details:nCompensation: Competitive pay.nStart date: Immediately.nLocation: Remote (with 25% travel to UAE).nJob type: Contract or Full-time.
