Your Role

This is a newly created exciting role, reporting into our Head of Visitor Attraction. With multiple F&B Outlets across our estate, a vibrant events programme and large team to manage, this really is a role which offers the right person a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to our Visitor Attraction areas. Within this role you will be responsible for the day to day operations management of our Visitor Attraction Outlets ensuring we maintain our excellent food standards and our guest experience.

What we are looking for:

  • An operational thinker who will ensure our Visitor Attraction outlets runs in the most productive and efficient way through management of costs, staffing controls, sales analysis, and forecasting driven by financial budgets.
  • A hands on manager who will lead from the front working with all our F&B Teams to ensure our guests have the best possible experience, monitoring and managing guest expectations and making improvements where necessary.
  • A natural and engaging leader who will lead and inspire our front line operational teams Responsible for training, development, and retention of all F&B team across our Visitor Attraction outlets.
  • An ideas person who is continually looking at how we can improve what we do and will assist and support the Head of Visitor Attraction in the planning and implementation of new ideas and developments across our F&B Outlets and Events, working closely with teams across the estate to ensure they fit with guidelines and are to the high quality our guests expect.
  • A Health and safety focused individual who understands H&S Legislation and will ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements
  • A Strong People Manager who will champion a training culture within the Food and Beverage team to ensure succession planning, and a culture that exceeds the very best the industry has to offer.
  • A Personable Manager who can naturally build strong relationships across a variety of different teams. Our F&B offering is to move with the seasons and be estate lead. The Operations Manager will liaise with key stake holders to keep the offer relevant. Monitor food standards across all of the outlets.
  • A strong communicator. With management of a large team across multiple outlets across the estate, the ability to communicate in all directions using different mediums is key to enable you to cascade estate wide knowledge to your teams
  • A forward thinker who can develop a good understanding of trends, patterns, and feedback - continuously provide recommendations to refine and improve our offer.
