Position: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Specialist Provision for SEMH Students

What You'll Do:
* Empower Students: Work one-on-one and in small group supporting pupils to manage their emotions, behaviours, and learning challenges.
* Create a Safe Space: Foster a positive, structured environment that supports emotional and academic growth.
* Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create and implement effective intervention strategies.
* Drive Change: Help students develop essential life skills, resilience, and a love for learning.
