**Grade**:OAT Support Staff Grade 6 (Points 20 to 25) - actual salary £21,435.37 - £24,192.33 _(pay award pending)_

**Hours**: 32.5 hours per week/term time plus 5 days

**Responsible to**:Assistant Principal (Behaviour and Standards)

**_ We have a very exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our current pastoral team in a brand new role for the academy._**

**_ The post holder will work with a wide variety of staff within the academy ie Vice Principal (Inclusion & Standards), Assistant Principal (Behaviour and Standards), Behaviour Directors, Raising Standards Leads and Heads of Year, to work closely with a designated group of students, engaging with all stakeholders, including teachers and parents, to effectively address and improve their behaviour. The primary objective of this role is to reduce the likelihood of suspension and permanent exclusion by implementing targeted interventions and promoting positive behavioural change. - Ormiston Horizon Academy is a successful 11-16 secondary academy (part of the Ormiston Academy Trust)._
