is working exclusively with a global pharmaceutical client that work on life-changing technologies with leading businesses and products in diagnostics, medical devices and nutritional.

My client is looking for a Tenders & 3rd party Specialist for their Maidenhead office. The role reports to the Manager of Enterprise Accounts and its purpose is to apply and use well-developed knowledge of contract, bid and proposal management and to gather commercial financial and technical information needed in the preparation of contracts and bids.

What You’ll Don• Supports the Field based Sales Team daily to help and support their activities to win and retain business.n• Responsible for coordinating internal and external procedures, to assist in the Sales Cycle, Tender process, and tender award phasen• Pivotal key driver in the winning of tendered and RFP businessn• Identify, evaluate, and support delivery of highly complex pathology laboratory solutions across core Blood Sciences and up to full pan-pathology repertoire comprising of both company and third-party solutions.n• Project manage all tender opportunities starting with the sales cycle, through tender and to post award handover providing more capacity to the sales team for value added sales business.n• Provide comprehensive training and support to Enterprise Team on Tender Process and TenderEyes

Required Qualificationsn• Laboratory medicine experience from NHS, Private Laboratory or Commercial industry –

highly desirablen• Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in a science based or economics/business studies related discipline but

not essentialn• Project management qualifications

desirablen• Tenders/RFP/Bid writing/Sales Proposal experience

desirablen• TenderEyes/SharePoint experience

desirablen• Able to work in the office 4 days per week

essentialn• Own a car so you are able to attend clients visits (when not in the office) and occasionally be able to stay overnight for long distance journeys

Other Essential Skillsn• Effective communication and leadership skillsn• Collaborative worker that enjoys completing projects to a high standard within strict deadlinesn• Excellent organizational and time management skills
