Logistics Coordinator

EPC Global Solutions and its parent company, CSI Leasing, Inc. are part of the Tokyo Century Corporation family. Together they make up a vast global network of companies specialising in financing, leasing and lifecycle management.
We are currently looking for someone to join our End of Lease team based in Sheffield as an EPC European EOL Coordinator , primarily working with EPC and CSI subsidiaries across Europe coordinating the return of IT assets that have reached the end of lease and providing reverse logistics projects for both domestic and international customers. You will also be working closely with the UK team and with several internal departments.

Experience in a similar administrative role is desirable.
Main Duties
- Reconcile invoices from logistics providers to ensure correct cross charging to both our international subsidiaries and customers.
- Creating shipments and returns. Manage logistics solutions including import and export of materials both domestically and internationally.
- Liaise with internal and external customers to manage return logistics solutions.
- Weekly/monthly Reports. Generate regular reports for our customers to enable them to reconcile IT asset returns against their own asset registers.
- Use ERP system to create reverse logistics projects and manage projects to ensure effective service delivery for all stakeholders.
- Check and review all audits return to ensure all the items in the audit are correct and priced appropriately.
- Inputting data into internal system
- Liaising with the warehouse/ technical team to ensure returns are processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Attend weekly/monthly calls to cover any end of lease return processes/queries.
- Monitor and track the monthly audit fees.
- Handling and responding to inbound communication from calls and emails.
- Provide support and assistance to the department as and when required. (cover peak periods, holidays, and sickness etc)
- To compile and generate reports when required.
Conditions:
- Salary: We offer a competitive salary + commission.
- Holiday Allowance: 25 days (increasing to 30 based on length of service) plus bank holidays and your birthday off.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5hrs
