Care Contracted / Guaranteed hours for Drivers - We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Home Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our Service users. Responsibilities:- Assist people with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming- Administer medication as prescribed by the physician- Monitor and record vital signs- Assist with mobility and transfers- Provide emotional support to people and their families- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Induction of new Staff - Mentoring - Audits - Supervisions - Spot checks - :-
At least 1 years of experience in a senior care setting- Knowledge of senior care practices and procedures- Ability to communicate effectively with service users, families, and staff members- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Must be Car owner/Driver
