This role is focussed on driving engagement with AUDIENCES prospects & clients. Working within the commercial team you will collaborate with sales, marketing & leadership to meet the objective of winning, onboarding & retaining clients. This role will act as the ‘voice of the customer’ within the AUDIENCES organisation to ensure internal initiates are oriented to customer needs. This is a commercial role with related incentives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support client in growing sophistication and effectiveness of activities
  • Identify commercial opportunities and risks at all stages and escalate to relevant team
  • Create & own structure for customer success management

Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge of the role of 1 st party customer data within advertising & marketing
  • Commercial awareness of software products and consulting services
  • Consideration for the role of media and other agencies within the client eco-system
  • Awareness of data engineering and cloud environments
