Role:

As a Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant, you will play a crucial role in analysing, designing, and implementing CRM solutions that help their clients make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, develop actionable insights, and optimise their Salesforce environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming data into strategic assets that enhance customer relationships and business performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse client requirements and business objectives to design effective Salesforce CRM solutions.
  • Develop, customise, and optimise Salesforce dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across platforms.
  • Conduct data quality assessments and implement data governance best practices.
  • Train and support clients in utilizing Salesforce analytics tools effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to ensure clients benefit from the most advanced functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce data and analytics.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM, with a focus on analytics and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Analytics Cloud, Tableau CRM, or similar tools.
  • Experience with data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
