Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Salesforce Consultant with ADM201 & Service Cloud certification to deliver outstanding client solutions. Your role will include scoping client requirements, uncovering what customer experience problems need solving and managing multiple project deliveries. You will get the opportunity to work with breakthrough Salesforce integrated technology, deploying to varied clients in different sectors and countries. This role will most likely suit a technical consultant who has a couple of years of Salesforce experience and now has the ambition, energy and drive to be part of a business scaling up and thus they will get involved with many varied and exciting projects. Customer Experience (CX) technology has a huge target market and The SaaSy people are well-positioned to capitalise on this.

Responsibility

  • Working with growing businesses and engaging relevant stakeholders to ensure success.
  • Actively contribute to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single project by building relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Lead the scope and evaluation of client technical requirements. Then be part of the team to turn these requirements into design, implementation, test and release. We want to use an agile approach so experience in this is advantageous. 
  • Create, review and correct project direction, approach and key deliverables.
  • Deliver client solution configuration and training. 
  • Identify and proactively manage key risk areas.

  • Provide guidance to the client in making the right choice. 
  • Deploying cloud telephony (CTI) into Salesforce including Service Cloud Voice.
  • Configuring Omni-Channel within Salesforce along with automation where appropriate.
  • Team player with the ability to adapt communication and interaction styles to best suit an audience, situation, or desired outcome.

Required Skills

  • Current Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Current Service Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organisational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills that can be applied in a fast-moving environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills. 
  • Experience of working in a client-focused environment.
  • 2+ years of active Salesforce experience.
  • Current UK Full Drivers licence and willingness to travel.

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of Service Cloud Voice
  • Experience of working as an implementation consultant deploying software solutions
  • Experience operating in a professional services capacity, ideally serving clients directly.
  • Awareness of project management methodologies
  • Computer literate with experience in Google Workspace
