I am working with one of the fastest-growing Salesforce partners in the UK. Specialising in the niche areas of Salesforce they are looking to continue their growth by bringing in a Junior Salesforce Consultant to the team.

The Junior Salesforce Consultant will assist in the design and development of the Salesforce solutions to meet the client's needs. This role will involve a lot of collaboration with Senior Consultants and clients to gather requirements and get hands-on with the configuration.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will assist in the analysis of client business processes and requirements.
  • Participate in the design and configuration of Salesforce solutions.
  • Support the development and implementation of Salesforce customisations, integrations, and applications.
  • Conduct data analysis and data migrations as required.
  • Provide support during user acceptance testing and deployment phases.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation.
  • Deliver user training and support as needed.

Qualifications

  • 12-18 months experience either as an end user or consultancy/
  • Hands on declarative development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

This role is hybrid working with 3x a week in the office

This role also doesn't offer visa sponsorship
