Job Description

As our Trainee Recruitment Partner, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting our clients and helping them build teams that not only excel in their roles but also contribute to a better and brighter, more sustainable future.

As a Trainee Recruitment Partner, you will be given full accountability for your own career development and progression whilst being supported by our experienced team of recruitment experts.

As Trainee Recruitment Partner, you will be immersed in the world of Recruitment Process Outsourcing, gaining valuable insights and delivering suitable candidates through sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of highly skilled roles.

You'll be given full accountability for the end-to-end recruitment process for existing, well-established RPO clients.nWe will provide full recruitment training to develop your skills within a specific recruitment sector. Join us at Omni and let's shape the future of recruitment together

What you will learn:

Develop relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and long term project goals to deliver successful placementsnLearn the fundamentals of all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, CV screening and interview coordinationnLearn the most effective ways to manage and negotiate offers ensuring both parties are satisfiednEnsure candidates have completed all relevant checks prior to starting in their new rolenAssist in identifying top talent through various channels including job boards, social media and referralsnDevelop effective interview techniques to assess skills, experiences and suitability.nSupport the end-to-end recruitment process from initial candidate engagement, to offer negotiation and boarding

What we're looking for:

Recent graduate with a degree or equivalentnA keen interest in pursuing a career in recruitmentnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and clientsnStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentnEnthusiasm to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development and growth
