As our Trainee Recruitment Partner, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting our clients and helping them build teams that not only excel in their roles but also contribute to a better and brighter, more sustainable future.

As a Trainee Recruitment Partner, you will be given full accountability for your own career development and progression whilst being supported by our experienced team of recruitment experts.

Additionally, our recruitment process gives you the opportunity to make a tangible difference to people's lives, connecting them with career opportunities that drive their success and fulfilment in the tech industry.

You'll be given full accountability for the end-to-end recruitment process for existing, well-established RPO clients.

We will provide full recruitment training to develop your skills within a specific recruitment sector. Join us at Omni and let's shape the future of recruitment together

**What you will learn**:

- Develop relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and long term project goals to deliver successful placements
- Learn the most effective ways to manage and negotiate offers ensuring both parties are satisfied
- Assist in identifying top talent through various channels including job boards, social media and referrals
- Develop effective interview techniques to assess skills, experiences and suitability.

**What we're looking for**:

- Recent graduate with a degree or equivalent
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development and growth
