Job Purpose:

Our Customer Care Administrators provide excellent customer service to the network by building relationships, resolving queries on a wide variety of complex topics and processing orders and changes. Customer Care is the first contact point for our network and the role is to truly represent the values and principles of Lifeplus.

The role will include but is not limited to:

Develop positive relationships with customers via phone, email and other channels using Lifeplus Puzzel ticket management software in line with Lifeplus policies and service level agreements.nProcess customer queries related to account changes and business building.nEngaging with both new and existing customers to ensure high levels of customer retention.nUse bespoke Lifeplus IT systems to resolve and process customer orders and queries.nContacting customers where appropriate in order to resolve queries, offering a satisfactory resolution.nTake prompt and appropriate action for the customers.nAssist new customers with their enquiries and setting up accounts.nProcess and complete administration of payments.nCollaborate with colleagues in Lifeplus to help us be the best we can be.nDevelop product and process knowledge to continue providing excellent customer service.nBe a proud ambassador of Lifeplus to customers and colleagues.

Candidate Profile:

Passionate about delivering customer service.nFluent in German and English both oral and written.nFluent in Swiss German is desirable.nWilling to learn how to use a variety of bespoke IT systems.nPositive and engaging communication skills.nAbility to work in a team, ask for help and trust colleagues.nProblem-solving skills to take the initiative and develop your knowledge.

We have various shift patterns for you to chose from:

1- 2- week rotational shift, 37.5 hours per week:

Salary : £26,050nWeek 1: Mon – Fri 11:45 – 20:00nWeek 2: Mon, Tues, Weds & Fri 11:45 – 20:00 (Thurs OFF), Saturday 08:00 – 16:15

2- 2- week rotational shift, 37.5 hours per week:

Salary : £24,900nWeek 1: Mon – Fri 08:00 – 16:15nWeek 2: Mon, Tues, Weds & Fri 08:00 – 16:15 (Thurs OFF), Saturday 09:00 – 17:15

3- 37.5 hours per week, 11:45 to 20:00 Monday to Friday (flexibility in shift start time may be required):

Salary : £24,500

Location:

This role involves a mixture of home and office working; however, we do ask candidates are able to commute to our St Neots Office
