Role DescriptionnWe are seeking a talented and experienced

Bathroom Sales Designer

to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Showroom Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating tailored bathroom designs, managing client relationships, and driving sales within our showroom environment. This role requires a strong background in sales, design proficiency, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Making a great first impression to clients visiting our showroom with the ability to discuss & demonstrate products and answer general enquiries.nExtract and clarify detailed client briefs and budgets.nPreparing plan drawings, elevations, 3D renders and quotations in compliance with Arch KBB standardsnEfficiently manage clients through the design process, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery.nAchieve monthly sales and designer KPI targets.nEnsure accurate and timely updates on relevant information on the CRM.nSupport lead generation and retail sales activities within the showroom.

Daily Activities:nEnsure designs align with client budgets and sales objectives.nCollaborate with the Showroom Manager to achieve efficient sales processes.nPresenting the design to the client and updating with any amendments.nMaintain high standards to minimise remedials and pricing errors.nEngage with clients in the showroom, presenting Arch KBB offerings and following up on proposals.nFacilitate design meetings, managing client expectations and presenting progressive designs.nUtilise Virtual Worlds to create designs and elevations and prepare clear quotes using our EQ system and guide clients through the sign-off process.nEngage with the local and design community on social media to promote Arch KBB brand and offerings.nSupport showroom operations and retail sales, maintaining showroom standards and contributing to overall success.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the bathroom or kitchen design industry.nThe candidate demonstrates a strong commercial focus, effectively driving clients through the process with tailored solutions, clear communication, and adept negotiation skillsnProficiency in design software such as Virtual Worlds.nKnowledge and experience with the relevant bathroom brands from the industry. Aware of current bathroom design trends and relevant supplier/brands.nAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.nCommitment to delivering exceptional customer service.nFamiliarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.nA proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
