**What will your responsibilities be?**
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, youll be working within the Kier
Professional Services team, supporting them with the delivery of a broad range
of Electrical related services . You will also contribute to the delivery of
more complex services
**What will your day to day activities include?**
* Outline engineering design from feasibility, deign briefs, or detailed user requirement specifications.
* Production of detailed specifications to facilitate compliance with client requirements, e.g. Control philosophy, Cable selection & calculations, Cable, Load, & Instrument Schedules, Instrument selection, Cable Block and P&ID; Diagrams
* Production of, load analysis, field cabling design and discrimination in line with BS7671, using proprietary software.
* Review and sizing of transformers & generators.
* Preparations of Electrical Design work quotations.
**What are we looking for?**
This role of Senior Electrical Engineer is great for you if:
* You are a technician or incorporated member of a relevant professional institution (e.g. EngTech MICE, IEng MICE, etc.)
* You have relevant postgraduate experience
* You have Electrical lighting design experience
