The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Release Manager to oversee the smooth execution of critical projects. You'll be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing project documentation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards, and fostering effective communication across internal teams and stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the release process from planning to execution, ensuring all components are integrated seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve issues throughout the release cycle. (Please note: Some flexibility in working hours may be required).
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all project documentation is finalised, stored electronically, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accountability for meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Analyse project performance, identify areas for improvement and report on key metrics.


Key Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM products
  • 5+ years of business experience in Release Management, Product Management or related role
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Effective leadership skills to drive collaboration across diverse teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve challenges during the project lifecycle
  • Experience with project management tools a plus
