Head of Product - Pet and Travel
MERJE is seeking a talented Head of Product - Pet & Travel for a leading retail banking institution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape product strategy and drive innovation in a dynamic financial services environment.
As the Head of Product - Pet & Travel, you'll lead the development and management of complex financial products, driving commercial success and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercial results of a large and complex business unit or product line
Develop and implement product strategies aligned with corporate objectives
Lead the development and presentation of business cases for high-value programmes
Oversee pricing strategies and develop robust value arguments for products
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Required knowledge and experience:
Extensive experience (10-15 years) in product management and development
Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning skills
Proven track record in managing complex financial products
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
In-depth understanding of the retail banking sector
