Our client is looking for an experienced Data Analyst (Parking Services).
Special requirements
Flexible approach to working patterns
1. Gathering and preparing data using Microsoft application e.g. Excel
2. Report, analyse and interpret management information.
3. Monitor income.
4. Manage risks by interpreting complex data sets.
5. Project management
6. Provide monthly statistics and forecast planning.
7. Track work to be completed.
8. Monitor project progress and set deadlines.
9. Identify any potential risks.
10. Provide a monthly update regarding parking income.
11. Assist with financial reconciliation.
12. Provide supporting data for project work.
13. Assist with budget and tariff setting. (Costs estimation and budget creation).
14. Provide insight regarding trends and changes in use of the car parks and income.
15. Undertake any other duties determined by the Parking Operations Manager and Head of Customer Operations and Transformation, as appropriate and commensurate to the post.
