Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Partner Strategy and Operations Consultant at ProductLife Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic consulting services to clients in the life sciences industry. This includes developing growth strategies, strategic market access, business development, and supporting digital initiatives. The role offers flexibility to work remotely, with the primary location being Paris.


  • As a member of our consulting team, you will help our clients address business-critical issues, and support executive level decision makers in finding solutions to answer complex strategic challenges:
  • As a Partner/Principal you will be committed to the growth of the Consulting Business Unit
  • You will bring or develop your own client portfolio in the pharma and healthcare sectors in coordination with the other partners/Principals
  • You will contribute to the management and growth of the team, including hiring, coaching and developing.
  • You will build proposals and sell projects and take responsibility for the quality of deliverables with our clients in the pharma and healthcare space
  • Build relationships between ProductLife Consulting and the client’s decision makers
  • Lead a team of consultants, to develop hypotheses and work out plans that address project objectives, ensure deliverables quality and coach junior team members
  • Perform data analysis and translate it into concrete insights and recommendations
  • Communicate analysis and recommendations in both written and oral communication with internal and client stakeholders


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business administration, life sciences, Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, pharma and/or investment banking
  • Specialized in life sciences or Pharmacy either by training or through work experience in a similar role
  • Experience in strategy consulting, growth strategy, and business development
  • Knowledge of strategic market access in the life sciences industry
  • Experience in business transformation
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and technology trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Fluency in English
