About the Role:


As Assistant Manager, you will lead and motivate a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Collaborating closely with the Store Director and Head of Retail, you will drive the team to achieve store KPI targets, foster individual and collective skill development, and uphold the brand's values.
