ResponsibilitiesnPlan, research, develop and implement paid campaigns for our range of clients across Paid Search and Paid Social platformsnOversee the delivery of effective paid campaignsnUse data analysis software such as Google Analytics to review and interpret data for websites and campaigns.nDefine, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIsnCarry out thorough, analytical reporting on all campaign activity in a proactive mannernLook to implement new technologies to improve efficiency and quality of outputnSuggest new campaign initiatives based on previous campaign performance and client objectivesnKeep up to date with Paid Search techniques and recommendations, and share that knowledge with the wider teamnConduct in-depth keyword and website research to inform campaign focuses and audience targetingnPaid Social experience isn't essential, but we are looking to add Paid Social management to this role over time so a desire to learn is key
