Paid Media Specialist

We're looking for a PPC Specialist to join our award winning team, working on accounts in variety of sectors with budgets from small to large.

The role includes:

- Plan, research, develop and implement paid campaigns for our range of clients across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Youtube and other platforms.
- Oversee the delivery of effective paid campaigns
- Use data analysis software such as Google Analytics to review and interpret data for websites and campaigns.
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
- Carry out thorough, analytical reporting on all campaign activity in a proactive manner
- Look to implement new technologies to improve efficiency and quality of output
- Suggest new campaign initiatives based on previous campaign performance and client objectives
- Keep up to date with PPC techniques and recommendations, and share that knowledge with the wider team
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research to inform campaign focuses and audience targeting
- Paid Social experience isn't essential, but we are looking to add Paid Social management to this role over time so a desire to learn is key

**Requirements**:
We're looking for someone who:

- Is self motivated
- Has experience running Paid Search campaigns across a range of budgets
- Is comfortable presenting results to and liaising with, internal team members and clients
- Has an analytical mind
- Has good experience in Google Analytics
