Area to be covered: BS, BN, GL, NP, CF, LD, SA
Remuneration: £50,000 + 10% bonus
Benefits: fully electric Tesla / Q4 Audi or similar company car and benefits
The role of the Area Sales Manager – Insulation Products will involve:
* Field sales position selling a manufactured range of insulation products
* 50% of your time will be spent selling to builders merchants & distributors such as: Encon, Galaxy, SIG, CCF, Belgrade, Jewson, Travis Perkin, Huws Gray etc
* The remaining 50% will be spent stimulating demand with end users, main contractors, plasterers, screeders, regional house builders, developers and specialist contractors
* Will be good blend of new business and account management
* Project sizes can vary depending on size and scope
* Working with a dedicated Specification Manager in a buddy systems
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Insulation Products experience with:
* Must have worked for or sold to merchants / distributors
* Open in terms of what building products you’ve sold
* Ideally sold to end users, main contractors, plasterers, screeders, regional house builders, developers and specialist contractors
* Genuine desire to succeed and want to develop a long term career
* Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic
* Commercially capable, loyal and technical
