Payroll Benefits Specialist

We are working with a well established Financial Services business that are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join them on an initial 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This could also be suited for someone who has exposure in Payroll & Benefits and is looking to kick start their career in Reward, Benefits and Payroll.
About the rolenProcessing the payroll, benefits and pensions with the Payroll ManagernSupport with Benefits administration and the renewal processnAid in the management and enhancement of compensation and benefit programs through precise analysis and reporting.nSupport in ensuring that salary and benefits packages align accurately with the company's brand and strategic positioning, encompassing both expatriate packages and local staff.nServe as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits across the organization.nHandle general administration tasks related to company benefits.nAssist in benchmarking salaries and furnishing annual salary review data for senior management.nDevelop familiarity with company pension schemes and contribute to their administration and technical aspects.nContribute to the execution of the annual salary review process and the ongoing management of salary and benefits budgets.nUtilize the HR system to generate information.
