The Role:

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated multi skilled tradesperson with excellent communication skills to join our experienced Parks Repairs and Maintenance team working across Southwark parks and open spaces.

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated multi-skilled tradesperson with excellent communication skills to join our esteemed Parks Repairs and Maintenance team. As a Public Realm Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of Southwark's parks and open spaces.

About You:

The successful candidate will have a relevant trade i.e. Carpentry, Plumbing, Bricklaying etc… and at least 5 year's experience in dealing with repairs or general maintenance work, experience of assessing repairs/minor adaptations, estimating on potential works, ordering of materials, and have excellent customer facing skills etc.
