About the Company: Our client, a leading marble contractor renowned for their exquisite projects, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on beautiful and prestigious projects, bringing creativity and precision to every task.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all commercial aspects of marble projects from inception to completion.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
* Negotiate contracts, variations, and final accounts with clients and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
* Lead and mentor a team of commercial staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Commercial Manager, ideally within the construction or marble industry.

* Proficient in using commercial management software and MS Office Suite.
* Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
