We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Coordinator to join our team based in Northamptonshire area. This includes Kettering, Northampton, Corby.
This is a hybrid flexible role, working from sites, home and office hubs.
This is a full time, permanent position.
The salary on offer would be £30,000 per annum with a £3000 car allowance.
A driving licence is required.
The working hours will be 08:30am - 16:30pm, Monday to Friday, however this will also include flexible working.
For this role, we are looking for a candidate with broad FM and Property management.
Please note interviews will be held around week commencing 5th August 2024.
About the role:
Supporting the Senior Estates Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements. The Estates Coordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination of in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties.
What you will bring to the role:
Broad FM and Property experience both Soft and Hard FM
Knowledge of FM building compliance, Healthcare cleanliness standards
Ability to work as part of a team but also capable of working independently within appropriate Delivery guidelines.
Demonstrable experience in dealing with Customers, Partners and the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
Data-driven decision making
Knowledge of achieving service delivery KPIs and associated targetsWhat we can offer you:
