Marketing Manager
Permanent position

Mon-Fri Office Based 

8:30am-17:00pm 
I’m currently working on behalf of a leading provider of commercial and industrial air conditioning, heating and ventilation solutions. With over 35 years experience within the field, specializing in designing and managing HVAC systems for various environments, including offices, schools, hospitals, warehouses and more. Company turnover for last year was over £15m and predicted to turnover £20m for 2024.
They are looking to hire a strong Marketing Manager to play a vital role in leading and overseeing all marketing promotions for the company’s products and services.
This is being offered on a permanent bases, the Head Office is bases in Leighton Buzzard, salary on offer is up to £45,000 + Benefits Package (Annual Leave, Private Healthcare, Quarterly Bonus etc)
The company in question has a staff headcount of 50, this is a small business who are currently climbing the ranks within the M&E field, providing a friendly and relaxed work atmosphere. You will be treated as a value member of the business rather than a number.

Duties & Responsibilities
Develop plans for the advertising and marketing of company products and services to raise the company’s market profile and increase sales.

Oversee the organisation of promotional activities, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and within agreed budgets, to raise the profile of the company and increase sales.

Coordinate all marketing plans and activities with other managers and staff in the company to ensure that the plans are delivered effectively.

Develop and control the company budget for marketing promotions.

Respond to internal and external requests for the development and provision of promotional activities.

Develop and maintain a stock of promotional material for issue to company staff and customers.

Arrange visits and hospitality for customers and others to promote the image of the company and its products.

To work to the Company’s Quality, Environmental and Safety Management System standards and performance criteria including delivering the objectives set

To co-operate on matters of health and safety and follow the training provided. To take reasonable care of personal and other’s health and safety at all times.

Investigate and capitalise on repeat business opportunities on live sites.

To maintain and nurture strong relationships with external parties providing mutual benefits and promote teamwork and co-operation across all departments internally to maximise team and business goals.

To ensure that department operations are conducted in accordance with the Company’s Health & Safety policy.  Ensure suitable and sufficient risk assessments are conducted considering both colleagues and contractors/customers and introduce measures to reduce the risks to as low a level as reasonably practicable

To encourage and support your team in enhancing their performance by providing direction, regular feedback and development opportunities.

Any other duties consistent with the role of Marketing Manager as may be required from time to time.
