Join us as a Payroll Delivery Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll function at ISS UK.
Job DescriptionnAs a Payroll Delivery Coordinator, you'll be responsible for processing day-to-day payroll administration data input for our fortnightly payroll cycle. Your primary tasks will include accurately inputting payroll data and conducting associated input control checks to maintain data integrity and compliance with payroll deadlines.
In addition to your data processing responsibilities, you'll also provide support to the Payroll function by promptly addressing employee and business queries related to payroll matters.nYour ability to handle queries efficiently and accurately will contribute to our overall payroll service delivery and employee satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesnInput of Starters / Leavers / Changes data into the payroll system via T&A for fortnightly employeesnInput Validation checks of all inputnHourly Timesheet administration Manual InputnInput of additional Hours into Time systemnInput absence data for hourly employeesnSupporting the payroll delivery manager with ad hoc duties in key times of the payroll processnDelivering a high-quality payroll customer service experiencenEnsuring seasonal adjustments are processed accuratelynProcessing of Agenda for change (AfC) terms and conditions
About You:nA passion and demonstrable skill for first class, professional customer servicenExcellent written and verbal communicationnAttention to detail, with a high level of accuracynIT proficient (including Excel and Outlook); confident in handling and working with datanAbility to organise and prioritise a workload to meet deadlinesnFlexible and adaptable approach, enabling full support to the teamnAwareness of data privacy and securely handling of employee datanAbility to develop and maintain good working relationships within the team and internal stakeholdersnAbility to work on own initiative or as part of a team
