Every single member of the company is valued for their contributions.We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our head office team in Great Dunmow on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday (in addition to out of hours on call when rostered paid separately in addition). The successful applicant will be an integral part of our team, assisting in the provision of the highest quality care and support for the more vulnerable members of the community.Key Duties & Responsibilities To organise, coordinate and supervise care deliveryTo provide leadership to care staff within the service, using clear communicationTo facilitate the onboarding of new clients including undertaking risk assessments and care plansTo provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations under the direction of the ManagerTo maintain skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development, as may, from time-to-time, be required to maintain practicesTo build positive working relationships with the clients and their families To work in cooperation with other professionals to maximise opportunities for the clientsDevelop effective working relationships with other employees within the serviceBe responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the serviceTo assist in growing the businessRequired Skills Previous experience working in care at a supervisory levelTo drive and have your own car.Microsoft Office proficientAbility to learn new IT systemsExcellent attention to detailExcellent organisational skillsExcellent communication skillsThe highest standards of workReliable with an excellent work ethicRespect the individuality and confidentiality of the staff and clientsStrong team playerWilling to undergo an enhanced DBS checkGood standard of spoken and written EnglishIf you share our values and are seeking a new rewarding job with excellent rates of pay and career progression, then dont hesitate, apply to join Maplewood Independent Living todayJBRP1_UKTJ
