I am recruiting for a successful business looking to invest in their operations with a new role of Commercial Manager.
Managing Sales Team internal and field based and taking lead on marketing support, the Commercial Manager will be a highly valued part of the senior team in this newly created role of this successful business who are recruiting as investment into the team.
The role is Monday to Friday office based with occasional travel to Europe as well as to key clients in UK.
The company operate a successful wholesale operation and are looking for a commercially focused people manager with experience of managing a sales team and creating opportunity in the marketplace for further client development.
The senior team are looking to welcome the following previous experience:
- commercial experience from an automotive / motor home background ideally
- managing, leading and motivating sales team based in house and in field
- delivering quality purchasing decisions based on accurate forecasting and commercial decision making
- attend trade events and focus sales team on targets and potential sales opportunity
- develop sales strategy as part of senior team and operate to deliver this as per annual review
- focus on commercial plan delivery for sales team and purchasing team
- communicate and cascade commercial decision making
- manage social media and work with marketing division to deliver brand message

The role is with company car and bonus scheme plus salary review in 2025 and the ideal candidate will be welcomed into the company ideally in August of this year.
