Commercial Recruitment Consultant/Manager

Lloyd Barnes Commercial Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Recruitment Consultant/Manager to lead our Commercial Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and retaining revenue, growing your specialist division, and establishing a strong team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and retain revenue through successful recruitment and business development
  • Grow and develop a strong team of recruitment consultants
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial recruitment, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong business development and revenue generation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
