About Us: Our Client a construction company specializing in infrastructure projects across London. Their commitment to excellence and safety has positioned them to a trusted partner in the industry. They are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Manager to oversee Brickwork and CRMS installations on the London Overground lines.
Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Site Manager with either an SPC (Site Person in Charge) or COSS (Controller of Site Safety) ticket. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the installation of brickwork and CRMS on London Overground lines. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure all work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee brickwork and CRMS installation projects on London Overground lines.
* Ensure all work is completed safely, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitor progress and performance, addressing any issues that may arise.
* Prepare and submit regular reports on project status.
* Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.
* Manage site logistics and ensure the efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
* Valid SPC or COSS ticket.
* Proven experience in site management, particularly in brickwork and CRMS installations.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Valid CSCS card.
* Previous experience working on rail projects, specifically the London Overground, is highly desirable.
Compensation:
* £250 per day for non-trade background.
* £300 per day for candidates with a bricklayer trade background.
