Are you ready to steer the ship of innovation at Rippl? We're in pursuit of a seasoned .NET Technical Lead to champion technical evolution within our Rippl platform and development team. Your mission is to spearhead delivery, design, architecture, and standards, ensuring everything is in sync with our client's visions. You'll be the torchbearer for the development team, illuminating the path with mentorship and expert guidance on design and technical strategies. Your role is a thrilling mix of hands-on action, strategic design, team leadership, and being the tech oracle of the development team. Your influence will be pivotal in the scaling, growing, and refining our Rippl software platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Charge : Direct and nurture the software development team in enhancing the Rippl platform.
  • Mastermind Technical Strategy : Uphold best practices in software development, steering the design approach and planning for the future.
  • Conquer Technical Debt : Strategically address and plan for technical debt reduction.
  • Forge Alliances : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to dream up, design, and launch new features and functions.
  • Guidance and Troubleshooting: Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Architectural Visionary : Influence and contribute to overarching architecture, ensuring scalability.
  • Deployment Maestro : Guide the deployment process from development environments to Azure hosting.


Your Tech Toolkit:

Our platform is currently based on .NET with a mix of Angular, AngularJS, WebAPI, MVC, a SQL backend and deployed in Azure. You will be expert in C#, .Net, Angular, WebAPI/MVC and Azure. It will be beneficial if you also had experience in:

  • Azure pipelines (yaml)
  • React native
  • SQL Server
  • ORMs (e.g. Dapper, Entity Framework)
  • CI/CD
