The Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting adults with neurological conditions. You’ll work alongside a committed team to help optimise service users' physical, emotional, and cognitive recovery. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting rehabilitation goals and implementing care strategies.
Monitoring the well-being of clients and communicating any changes.
Promoting choice and independence for service users.
Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
Working as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support.
Please note: due to the location, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
About You:
Proven experience working within a team.
Experience in care delivery.
Strong communication skills.
Basic numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
Pay Enhancements:
30% enhancement for night shifts (8:00 pm to 6:00 am).
30% enhancement for weekends (Friday midnight to Sunday midnight).
60% enhancement for Public Holidays.
