Educational Support Worker
Location: Ealing
Salary: £90 - £110 per day, based on experience
Contract: Full-time / Part-time roles available
We are looking for dynamic and compassionate Educational Support Workers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with SEN.
Your Role:
  • Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and tailored learning activities
  • Offer direct support to students with their academic, social, and emotional needs
  • Assist with classroom management and help maintain a positive, structured learning environment
  • Provide personal care support when required, ensuring the dignity and well-being of each student
  • Support the use of specialized resources and assistive technology to enhance learning
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to discussions on individual student progress
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students, staff, and families

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in an SEN or educational setting is preferred, but passion and dedication are just as important
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Patience, creativity, and flexibility in supporting a diverse group of learners
  • Ability to adapt to different situations and provide personalized support for students with a range of needs
  • Relevant qualifications are a plus but not essential - we value experience, attitude, and commitment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
