A fantastic role has become available with our client who is a leading UK Building Services company based in Salford.
Document Controllers are responsible for maintaining and uploading accurate records of company documentation, producing reports and supporting the wider site team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Liaise with Project Management and project Team daily to ensure all projects are running from a document controller remit. 
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to the Project Team & others if necessary.
Carry out day-to-day duties of creating, updating, maintaining & organising project files (Electronic and Hard copy) to ensure the streamlined running of the Project you are assigned such as;
RFIs, Method Statements, Tech Subs, Drawings & all other project documentation.
Liaising with Subcontractors to ensure updated progress reports have been received.
Point of contact for Meeting room bookings & updating calendars.
Point of contact for organising stationary& furniture orders whilst keeping check of current stock.
File & Check delivery notes.
Updating the Team calendar with Holidays.
Recording meetings
Report production
General office management
Assist the Project Managers in producing monthly reporting internally/externally.
Preparing presentation
