Responsibilities will include:
Owning and implementing cutting-edge, revenue-driving campaigns for a broad range of clients across multiple platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok and more
Lead a team of paid media specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive professional growth and excellence
Develop high-level paid media strategies tailored for key client accounts and be able to present these strategies at the beginning and throughout the relationship with the client
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, to continually optimise campaign performance and identify new opportunities for innovation
Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication, strategic insights, and exceptional service delivery, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
Ensure strategic priorities are agreed, set and signed off each day at the standup
Support AM and wider team community in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients
Accurately forecasting potential delivery and ROI for new and existing clients
Assist in new business pitches and conduct audits as necessary
Act as the primary point of contact for client and staff inquiries regarding paid media
Ensuring adherence to internal processes and quality standards across all campaigns
Ensure seamless and efficient operations, including timely delivery of monthly reports.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience in managing Display, Video and Programmatic campaigns, with significant budgets (minimum 3 years) in an agency environment
Extensive experience in managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, with success, across all major platforms
Experience with setting up, testing and validating events and conversion tracking within ad platforms using UA and GA4
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Experience with integrating CRM and analytics platforms would be beneficial
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to both internal teams and clients
Ability to understand, follow and devise processes
A passion for innovation and continuous learning in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape
Ability to work under pressure and to short deadlines whilst always being communicative
Ability to manage multiple accounts with differing goals and KPIs
A natural instinct to think about the Client experience and adding value to Clients at all times
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects
Optionally open to speaking at industry-leading events.
Salary & Benefits
Salary will be decided based on experience and seniority, however the banding for this role sits between £50-55k per annum.
