Children and Adult Social Workers
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Social Workers to join our dynamic team in the North East. This is a fantastic opportunity for both Children and Adult Social Workers looking to make a meaningful impact in the Social Care sector. All our roles are temporary positions and expected to last between 2 and 6 months, with the possibility of extension, depending on placements.
Location: North East, UK
Job Type: Temporary
Duration of Booking: Expected to last between 2 and 6 months, with the possibility of extension, depending on placements
Proposed Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rates:
Up to £23 per hour Umbrella or £20 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday pay
Hours / Working Days:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and create care plans tailored to individual needs
* Provide support and guidance to children, adults, and their families
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, community organisations, and other stakeholders
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
* Advocate for the rights and well-being of service users
* Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other relevant forums
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker (Degree in Social Work or equivalent)
* Registration with Social Work England
* Proven experience in either children’s or adult social work
* Strong assessment and care planning skills
* Excellent communication
