Horticultural Social Enterprise Support Worker

Tribe Recruitment are looking for a Horticultural Social Enterprise Support Worker for our client based in Sunderland, to assist supporting adults in a Day Centre service providing work-based day opportunities for adults with disabilities focusing on social inclusion and choice.
*To be considered for this role you must hold a full uk driving licence
*Experience working in Horticulture would be advantageous.
Skills/Knowlegde and Ability
- Understanding of the needs of vulnerable people and the need to promote their rights and responsibilities.
- Worked effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Ability to motivate care customers and fulfill their aspirations.
- Ability to recognise the need for and exercise confidentiality.
