Whilst we don't anticipate this would be a regular occurrence, we are looking for Practitioners who would be flexible within the role and respond to the needs of the Service as needed.

To liaise with GPs to gather medical evidence and liaise with housing providers to gain copies of tenancy agreements where applicable.
  • Maintain and update case notes and other records, write reports as required, give evidence in court in relation to care or other proceedings.

Communicate with individuals and their families in ways which are appropriate to their needs.
  • Work within expected time frames, understanding the legal framework and building effective working relationships with LCC Legal services.
Our core office hours are 08:45-17:15 (Mon-Thu), 08:45-16:45 (Fri). We currently work a mixture of home based and office working, however there will be a requirement to be in the office to meet the needs of the service.
