Job DescriptionHere at DXC we continue to grow our SAP practice. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Integration Lead to design, govern, and deliver end-to-end integration across SAP S/4HANA and connected systems using SAP BTP, CPI, and PI/PO technologies. This role is central to ensuring seamless data flow, interface governance and performance assurance across a secure and complex enterprise environment.The Integration Lead will oversee interface strategy, functional and technical design, and implementation for both SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-non-SAP integrations. The role requires deep technical knowledge of integration middleware, along with strong programme governance and stakeholder engagement capabilities.Due to our clients, SC level Security clearable is mandatory for the role and for us to obtain this for you we can only consider sole UK Nationals that have lived and worked in the UK for the past 5 years consistently. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider dual nationals currently.About The RoleAs SAP Integration Lead, you will define and execute the integration roadmap for SAP S/4HANA and related applications (SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass, MES, PLM, etc.). You will lead the integration design authority, collaborate with technical architects, and ensure that all data flows comply with enterprise architecture and security principles.The role combines hands-on experience with BTP and CPI with leadership across design, build, testing, and cutover, ensuring integration stability and performance across on-premise and cloud environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end SAP integration architecture, ensuring consistency across S/4HANA, BTP, CPI, and PI/PO platforms. Lead interface design workshops with functional and technical teams to capture end-to-end integration requirements. Define and enforce integration design standards, API policies, and message orchestration rules. Oversee design and development of integrations between SAP S/4HANA and cloud solutions (SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, BTP extensions). Collaborate with Basis, Security, and Network teams to ensure compliance with data flow, firewall, and identity standards. Support data migration and cutover activities, validating integration dependencies and sequence readiness. Lead defect triage and performance testing for interfaces; manage incident resolution during hypercare. Govern interface catalogue, data mapping documentation, and monitoring framework (CPI/PI dashboards, alerting). Experience & Skills RequiredProven experience delivering SAP integration solutions across S/4HANA transformation programmes. Deep understanding of integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, API, IDoc, OData, SOAP, REST). Hands-on configuration experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Integration), PI/PO, and BTP Integration Suite. Familiarity with event-driven architecture, webhooks, and API Management (SAP API Hub or APIM). Experience integrating SAP with third-party platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, MES, or PLM. Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in regulated environments (GDPR, ITAR, ISO27001). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues. Tools & MethodologiesSAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP, SAP API Management. API Management, OData, IDoc, SOAP/REST services SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM ,JIRA, Confluence, Solution Manager. Monitoring tools: SAP CPI Monitor, Cloud Cockpit, Interface Catalogue SAP Activate, Agile delivery frameworks. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering. SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP) preferred. Experience with SAP Certified Technology Associate – Process Integration (PI/PO) desirable. Agile, ITIL, or TOGAF certification advantageous. Stakeholder & Soft SkillsStrong communicator with ability to engage architects, developers, and business stakeholders. Analytical thinker with a focus on performance, scalability, and compliance. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Collaborative leader with mentoring experience and delivery focus.
