SAP Trainer Start Date: November 2025 End Date: May 2027 Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) Location: Onsite 3 days per week - near Reading Travel: Expenses covered Clearance: Must be eligible and willing to undergo SC & DV clearance (sponsored by client) Residency Requirement: Minimum 10 years UK residency and UK passport holders only Role Overview We are seeking five SAP Trainers to support a major SAP S/4HANA implementation and integration programme involving Oracle Fusion (Finance) and TeamCentre. These roles are focused on delivering end-user training and developing training materials across multiple SAP modules, ensuring seamless adoption of the new systems within a complex, fast-paced environment. The trainers will work in an agile project structure, collaborating with functional consultants and stakeholders to ensure readiness and capability across all user groups. Core Requirements Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience Knowledge of at least two SAP modules from the list below: Materials Replenishment Quality Management Production Engineering PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Shipping Plant Maintenance Production Planning Proficient with SAP Enable Now for creating simulations, QRGs, and training content Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills Flexible and adaptable to work across different streams during agile sprints Able to support cross-functional work and pick up additional tasks as needed Additional Considerations Candidates must be comfortable going through SC & DV clearance (sponsored by the client) Must meet UK nationality and residency requirements (10 years continuous UK residency, UK passport only) Ideal for experienced SAP Trainers or functional consultants with strong SAP module knowledge willing to transition into training roles Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality end-user and key-user training across selected SAP modules Design, build, and maintain training materials using SAP Enable Now Create simulations, quick reference guides (QRGs), and other digital learning assets Support UAT and training readiness activities in collaboration with functional teams Adapt to the agile project environment, contributing to different areas of delivery when required Provide post-training support and feedback loops for continuous improvement Ideal Profile Experienced SAP Trainer or SAP Functional Consultant with interest in training Strong presentation and facilitation skills Team-oriented and proactive mindset Comfortable working in a secure and structured environment Eligible for SC/DV clearance and willing to commit to a long-term project ReferencePR/130216_1762510065 Date7 Nov 2025
