As a Principal Consultant - Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated IT solutions that address our clients' unique business needs. You will engage with senior stakeholders, provide strategic direction, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end solution architecture process for complex IT projects, from initial concept through to implementation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Develop and present comprehensive architectural plans, including system integration, data management, and security considerations.
Provide strategic guidance on technology adoption, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.
Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex IT solutions.
Deep expertise in system integration, cloud computing, data architecture, and security.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing talent within the team.
Proficiency in various architectural frameworks and methodologies.
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and support project delivery.
