We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Human Resources sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a highly reputable organisation based in Faringdon, initially on a 2-3 month contract.
Hybrid working - 2 days from Home 3 days in the office per week
HR Administrator’s Core Duties
* Provide HR administrative support with personnel changes
* Assist with recruitment activities
* Carry our onboarding and offboarding
* Sent out letters, emails and contracts to employees
* Carry out data input on HRIS softweware
Administrator’s Skills Required
* HR administrative experience
* Experience with recruiting
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience HR administrative experience
* Experience issuing contracts & Letters
* Experience onboarding and offboarding
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experienced with Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
