Responsibilities:
* Manage new store openings, minor refurbishments, and like-for-like replacement CAPEX projects.
* Lead a team of contractors, consultants, and suppliers to deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
* Coordinate and oversee all aspects of detailed design.
* Monitor and communicate project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
* Obtain financial approval for project expenditures.
* Supervise and report any variances in project expenditures.
* Conduct site inspections, site meetings, and defect identification inspections.
* Support the engagement of Principal Designers to ensure compliance with CDM regulations.
* Assist in ensuring compliance with Wingstop UK standards, policies, and specifications.
* Ensure full statutory compliance by contractors, regularly checking adherence in this area.
* Manage the replacement of key assets, such as catering equipment, within the restaurants.
* Implement and take full budgetary responsibility for the rollout of equipment upgrade programs.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of relevant property experience within a large, multi-site organization.
* Demonstrable and thorough knowledge of property management, including managing and implementing property maintenance processes and procedures.
* Excellent technical knowledge of building services and facilities.
* Experience in managing planned maintenance programs.
* Ability to compile, review, control, and implement budgets.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
* Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
* Demonstrate and encourage behaviors that align with Wingstop's values: Service-minded, Authentic, Fun, and Entrepreneurial.
* Ability to quickly build and maintain excellent relationships, influencing key decision-makers.
* Ability to meet strict deadlines.
